If asking nicely doesn’t work, follow these instructions

1. Open settings

Then, go to Settings > General > Keyboards and then make sure dictation is enabled.

2. Find the dictation microphone

Go open iMessage / notes / anything you can type in. On the keyboard, tap the microphone and say anything.

3. Restart MO app

Force quit the MO app, and try the microphone again. Hopefully this works! If not, please contact #support on discord
